Our depth of knowledge in castor production allows us to keep  complete process control. With our core competence of  tool making leading the way, we are able to stay ahead of the game. State-of-the-art machines support our qualified staff to produce high quality products following the motto "machines where needed and people where necessary". An extensive press shop includes hydraulic and eccentric presses with forces up to 630 tonnes. Spot welding and circular welding is automated using robots.

At our fully automated facilities in Germany and France, we cast polyurethane, whilst  28 hydraulic synthetic injection-moulding machines with clamping forces from 350 to 8,000 kN are responsible for the synthetic injection-moulding. We have continually invested in fully automated bracket and castor assembly lines and produce  more than 12 million wheels and castors a year in our 45,000 square metres of floor space, more  than 50,000 products every day! That's non-stop quality, day after day.
